The room had a noticeable musty odor, likely from insufficient cleaning, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable. Additionally, with the parking lot facing a neglected pool area, the aesthetic left much to be desired, making the overall ambiance not very inviting.

Despite initial concerns, we had a cozy stay. The room felt inviting, with comfy bedding and a surprisingly great view. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast with fresh pastries, making our early morning feel brighter. Pro tip, Try to arrive early to get the best parking spots!

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. They provided free toiletries and the linens were clean. It’s in a great location near restaurants and stores, so easy to grab a bite. Service was friendly and breakfast included cereal, juice, and muffins.

It was just a reliable pick for strolling in Amherst with outstanding value for money. The room stayed cool on a hot day, which was great. Don’t forget to check for any odors when you first enter.

I have never stayed in a room more filthy and disgusting as this! The mini fridge was so dirty that I was afraid to open it, and there were mystery stains on the walls and carpet. Additionally, I didn't feel safe at this location. police were patrolling the area due to disturbances. This was a dreadful experience for my family.

Our King Room was super musty and felt outdated. The bathroom looked okay, but the exhaust fan didn’t work, and there were dead bugs in the light fixture. I found the couch bed unmade with no extra linens. Once I asked for blankets, I got a satin sheet instead. On top of that, a stain on the mattress was pretty gross. Overall, not impressed with the cleanliness at all.

The staff was the highlight of our stay! Super friendly and accommodating. 💖 However, the breakfast left much to be desired, as options were limited and not very fresh.
