Days Inn By Wyndham Amherst Oh - Near Cleveland Cedar Point & Lake Erie

The breakfast options were limited to fruit loops, raisin bran, coffee, and a handful of bananas-definitely not a satisfying start to the day. The room had a noticeable musty odor, likely from insufficient cleaning, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable. With the parking lot facing a neglected pool area, the aesthetic left much to be desired.

The room had torn up carpet. Broken lamp in room. Poop on the bathroom wall. Mold in bathtub. A non smoking room that reeked with stale smoke. Wood plywood all over the parking lot surrounding the hotel property.

The Wireless did not work. Breakfast not good and no coffee

The staff was friendly and quick with check-in. My room wasnice and neat, surpassing my prior experiences in amherst.

Neither clerk spoke adequate English to answer basic questions. Location and sign are poorly d I played.

All fine, but bugs everywhere

Clean, comfortable, friendly.

Few useable electric outlets. Others all on surge units where you couldnt reach. No lights in parking areas. Staff friendly, yet useless, because all speak little to no English. Really?! I stayed 2 nights, wanted to join rewards, staying again soon, how could I get any of help when no one speaks English? I'm in Ohio, not Saudi Arabia. .

Temperatures of the room were good

Tv remote did not work. I am disabled and said to change rooms would be hard. Never once did they offer to help me. So I was stuck in a room with no tv to watch. I complained at least 10 times

A Surprisingly Comfortable Stop!

The room felt inviting, with comfy bedding and a surprisingly great view. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast with fresh pastries. Pro tip, Try to arrive early to get the best parking spots!

It was clean and we were allowed to check in early. That was very nice of them. That was cause we had candy in the car and it was the hottest day we have had so far.

Their accents made it very hard to understand them but we made it work. The light on one side of the bed didn't work but it wasn't too big a deal.

Front desk friendly and helpful. Good bargain for the money. Nice quiet location, back from the road. Has breakfast on-site and nearby restaurants - Denny's and Bob Evans.

The very old furniture, decorations, and carpet make it look dirty, even though I think that it wasn't. It could do with a facelift and fresh carpet and drapes. Everything looked old and dark.

Room was clean but had ripped sheets.

Friendly staff

There is mold in the air that you can detect on entering. I don't think it's from the bathroom. That is kept immaculate. I think it come from the carpet.

Staff was friendly and pleasant.

The room was very stuffy and dusty. It looked as if it had not been thoroughly vacuumed in months. The room phone was dead my entire stay. The WiFi didn't work. It was a very unpleasant experience.
